Obtaining a Citizens Commercial / Business Loan
All Commercial and Business Loans are handled through our Commercial Lending Center and are subject to the credit approval process.
Total Citizens loan obligation of $100,000 or greater:
All loan requests where your aggregate loan obligation to Citizens will exceed $100,000 can be initiated by contacting the Commercial Lending Center at 1-800-730-0630.

For your convenience, loan requests where the applicant's total loan obligations to Citizens are under $100,000 (including the proposed request) may be requested through our Commercial Lending Center by completing an application and faxing it to 219-322-7882.
Additional information may be requested to enable us to make a credit decision. A representative from the Bank will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your application.
