CITIZENS FINANCIAL BANK WELCOMES MARIA CORDÓN, VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

MUNSTER, IN – July 2, 2010 - Citizens Financial Bank is pleased to welcome Maria Cordón as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, North Region.

Maria comes to us with over 34 years of experience in the Banking industry with a strong background in divisional, regional and district management. She has previously held positions of Senior Vice President, District Sales Executive at National City Bank, 1st Vice President, Regional Manager at MidAmerica Bank and Vice President, Division Manager with Northwestern Savings Bank. Maria earned her B. S. Elementary Education degree at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the Hispanic Bankers Association, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Professional Women.

Maria will be located at the Highland Banking Center and she will be responsible for directing the North Region retail banking sales force in the achievement of established sales goals. She resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and two children. The Board of Directors and employees welcome Maria and wish her much success.
