Now you can download/export your deposit account information from Citizens’ Personal Online Banking directly into Quicken®. Downloading your transaction information directly into Quicken® lets you manage your personal and household finances quickly and easily without manually entering each purchase or deposit.

  • We have implemented the “Web Connect” connectivity package. You must Log on to Citizens’ Personal Online Banking service and download (“Export”) transaction information to your Quicken ® software.
  • There are two basic steps to set up this functionality:
    1. Set up Citizens account in Quicken® for online banking access.
    2. Log in to Citizens’ Online Banking and “Export” activity to Quicken®.
  • You can download the transaction activity available on online (Previous and Current Statements) and/or select a date range to download within this timeframe.
  • We support downloads to all supported versions of Quicken® for Windows and Mac.

ONLINE BANKING DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Login to Citizens’ Personal Online Banking service.
  2. Click on the deposit account for which you wish to download the activity.
  3. Click Transactions/Export Transactions.
  4. Select the “Cycle” to download from the dropdown (All, Previous Business Day, Current Statement, Previous Statement) OR enter specific transaction criteria for download.
  5. Select “Export Format” from dropdown - Intuit Quicken (.QIF) for versions Pre 2005 or Intuit Quicken (.QFX) for versions 2005 & Newer.
  6. Click “Export”.
