Citizens Business Bill Pay provides you with a convenient and secure way to pay all of your bills, anywhere, anytime. This service provides you with the most efficient electronic payment service available. It makes your life easier by allowing you to automate the tedious task writing checks and saves you money since you don’t have to buy stamps. Once you have enrolled in Business Online Banking, you can add the Business Bill Pay feature.  

Business Bill Pay is convenient, secure, and easy to use:

• All you need is a checking account and internet access.
• Pay your bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Pay one-time bills and schedule regular payments to be automatically processed on the days you choose.
• Add invoice details to your payment such as invoice number, payment description, and discount information.
• View your Billers and payment history.
• Set up “bill reminders” to notify you when bills are due.
• Send and receive messages from Customer Service for service inquiries.
• Add authorized users and assign their authority level online.
• Receive bills electronically from Billers (if available).
