CITIZENS FINANCIAL BANK VICE PRESIDENT, JOHN FREYEK, NAMED PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – JACOB’S LADDER PEDIATRIC REHAB CENTER, INC.

MUNSTER, IN – January 7, 2010 - Citizens Financial Bank announced that John Freyek, Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, has been selected as President of the Board of Directors of Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehab Center, Inc. for 2010.

John joined the Citizens Team in 2008 with over 12 years of banking experience, including business development, portfolio management, credit analysis and underwriting.He received his Bachelors of Arts from Purdue Calumet University .

Jacob’s Ladder is the premier provider of pediatric rehabilitation services in Northwest Indiana. Founded by a therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs, Jacob's Ladder continues to make progress where a traditional rehabilitation clinic may not. They are a nonprofit organization seeking to make the lives of children better with every day. Jacob’s Ladder gives hope to families with special children.
